FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about Memorize.
Is Memorize free?+
Yes. The Free plan lets you create a study track with lists and cards, use all four study modes, spaced repetition, reminders, and the progress dashboard. Upgrade to Essential or Premium when you want unlimited content, community imports, or AI.
What is spaced repetition?+
It's a study technique that shows you each card right before you're likely to forget it. Memorize uses an SM-2 algorithm to schedule your reviews automatically and surfaces what's due in a "Today's reviews" queue.
What study modes are there?+
Four: question & answer, multiple choice, a timed assessment with a results report, and smart repetition that keeps quizzing you on the cards you miss until you get them all right.
Can I use other people's flashcards?+
Yes. With Essential or Premium you can explore study lists shared by the community and import them into your own tracks as editable copies.
What does the AI feature do?+
On Premium you describe a topic and Memorize drafts a full flashcard list for you, which you can review and edit like any list you built yourself. The plan includes 40 generations per billing cycle.
Does it work offline?+
Yes. You can create, edit, and study fully offline — Memorize saves your changes on the device and syncs them automatically when you reconnect.
How much do the paid plans cost?+
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, with pricing shown in your local currency inside the app. Download Memorize to see the current prices for your country.
Which languages are supported?+
The app is available in Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, and Hindi.
