By creating an account or using Memorize, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
Plans and billing
Memorize offers Free, Essential, and Premium plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider. You can change or cancel your plan as described in the app.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app.
Content ownership
You keep ownership of the study content you create. By sharing a list publicly, you allow other users to view and import it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
